Return Policies

Cowboy Outfitters guarantees that our products will be of the highest quality and workmanship possible and free from any defects. If you order a custom made item, that item is being made just for you. While we will make every reasonable effort to make sure that the product fits you and you are happy with it, there can be no returns on custom goods (custom goods include our custom hats, boots, holsters, saddles, other leather goods and any specially sized or customized product). LC items = Clearance Items are Non-Returnable. All Sales are Final. For non-custom items, the item should be returned within 10 days of receipt after requesting a return receipt code from Cowboy Outfitters to receive a full product refund or store credit. To get a return receipt code, please send a message to info@cowboyoutfitters.com. If this product was damaged or defective in some way, Cowboy Outfitters will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us. If there was some other problem (wrong size, just didn't like the product), then the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. If you want to get another size you will be responsible for the shipping of the new size back to you. No refunds will be made until we receive the item back in salable (unworn and unused) condition with all tags intact. In all cases, a return receipt code will be required on all returns. Cowboy Outfitters may, on a case by case basis, accept returns on items that have been kept longer than 10 days or lacking a return authorization. In these cases, Cowboy Outfitters reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price of the item. On items returned that were purchased over 60 days ago, only a store merchandise credit will be issued. All boots must be returned in the original boot box inside of a mailing box.
